    $607 k: $580 k Shoreline Commemorative Sidewalk Etching project (Front St: Yonge to Parliament), $17 k heritage street signs/banners, $10 k heritage plaque for Claude Cormier

  • April: $3+ million Spending greatly in excess of $3 million (total amount remains confidential) for new LGBT community space in Church/Wellesley (approved spending Section 37 funds from 9 more properties, in addition to $2.93 million from 4 properties approved in June 2025). “Public” consultation for this plan was a virtual meeting in April 2025 attended by “10 persons”. At that meeting, “some participants expressed that the 519 Community Centre fulfills the need for community space in the area and questioned the need for new community space”.
